Payment Policy
PAYMENT POLICY:
· No insurance is accepted. We are out of network with all insurances.
· If you have out-of-network benefits, it is your responsibility to submit the claim. We would be happy to supply a superbill to submit for your insurance.
· Medication prior authorizations are submitted by the doctor at no charge.
· Most charges are collected 24 hours PRIOR to the appointment.
· Your payment is due on the day the service is rendered.
· Only credit cards are accepted. No cash or checks are accepted, unfortunately.
