Although Dr. Ella is out-of-network with all insurances, the practice does provide a SUPERBILL on each visit upon request. Dr. Ella is also TRICARE certified! :)

60 minute session
Adult Intake- $600
90 minute session

Follow Up/Medication Management- $250
30 minute session.
Urgent Follow Up Session (within 24 hours): additional $100
***for a child visit ( the first 15 mins is spent with a child, the second 15 mins spent with a parent).
Refill request between appointments- $30
Refill request needed sent within 48 hours- $100
Forms/Letters: 15 minutes of administrative time: $80 each additional 15 mins is $80
