Thursday & Friday —> Virtual only: 12pm to 6pm.

Monday: Administrative day.

Saturday & Sunday—> Office is closed (no refills, no rescheduling or cancellations).

A disclaimer about emergencies and urgent matters!

Please Note: Email, phone, and patient portal communication are intended for routine, non-urgent matters only. Messages sent after business hours will be reviewed and responded to on the next business day.

If you or your child are experiencing an emergency, please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

That said, I encourage you to let me know if you or your child are in the emergency room or hospital. While the office is closed on weekends/afterhours, I do check messages periodically. If you leave a message indicating that you are in the ER or hospital, I will do my best to call you back after hours, and if I’m unable to, I will definitely follow up by the next business day.
